All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why we have this policy
Our products are digital downloads — PDFs delivered instantly after purchase. Because the content is immediately accessible upon payment, we are unable to "take back" a digital file the way a physical product can be returned. This policy is standard practice for digital products and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines applicable to digital goods in Ontario and across Canada.

 

What this means for you
Once your payment is processed and your download link is delivered, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to read the product description before buying

  • Purchases made by mistake


Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

​

  • You were charged more than once for the same order

  • Your download link did not work and we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report

  • You received a file that was corrupted or incomplete and we were unable to provide a working replacement

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at info@bettercallrick.ca within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
