I use QuickBooks Online exclusively. It lets me manage your bookkeeping efficiently, securely, and in real time, all from a single cloud-based platform.

Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?

Yes, I work with clients across Canada. Thanks to QuickBooks Online, I can manage your bookkeeping remotely no matter where your business is located.

How does remote bookkeeping work?

I securely connect to your QuickBooks Online account to manage your books remotely. You share your documents digitally, and I keep everything accurate and up to date in real time with no in-person meetings needed.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Your financial data is protected with QuickBooks Online’s 256-bit encryption and bank-level security protocols. I never share or sell client information, and your records remain completely private and secure.

Do you offer payroll services?

Yes. Payroll is included in some plans and can also be added separately, depending on your business size. I handle the entire process to make sure your employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.

Can you help with taxes?

I make sure your books are accurate, organized, and tax-ready. I can prepare all the financial information your accountant or tax preparer needs for a smooth and compliant CRA filing.

What if my business grows or my transaction volume changes?

Your plan can be adjusted anytime as your business grows or your transaction volume changes. I’ll review your needs periodically to make sure your plan always fits.

What are your fees?
