Welcome to my website. By accessing or using my bookkeeping services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using my services.

 

1. Services

  • I provide remote bookkeeping services, including but not limited to financial recordkeeping, account reconciliation, and reporting, as described on this website or agreed upon in writing. Services may be updated or modified at my discretion.​

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documents necessary for me to perform the services.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

  • I am not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

3. Pricing, Payments & Fees

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST). GST/HST will be added to the final invoice as required by law.

  • Fees for services are outlined in my engagement letter, proposal, or service agreement.

  • Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

  • I treat your financial information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, tools, templates, and content provided by me remain my property and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without my written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • My services are provided with reasonable skill and care. However, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of my services.

  • My liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services in question.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the terms of the engagement agreement. Fees due up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

  • I may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the date revised. Continued use of my services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
